What You’ll Do: Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer What You’ll Need to Have for the Role: High school diploma or equivalent is required, 2 years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred. Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information Valid driver's license May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending General Compensation Disclosure This position is a 100% commission-based role. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000 . In certain states, you may be eligible for an hourly rate in addition to variable compensation. In California, Massachusetts and Maine will receive a minimum wage plus commissions earned. All other states will receive minimum compensation equivalent to 150% of the applicable minimum wage which offsets variable compensation.
